What started out as a repair went into getting a new unit.  Timely in arrivals and were able to get unit quickly.  They arrived on install day before  and  worked efficiently. We’ve used Semper Fi Heating and Air for 2 years now. Started with the regular maintenance of our system and small repairs here and there as needed. We’re moving out to a mini farm and called on them to clean the air ducts due to smokers in the home. They came and did the cleaning but recommended we have a new system installed due to the age of the unit. They quoted us a fair price and quickly scheduled the install date. Justin, his brother in-law and owner/father Buster did the install. It was initially recommended that we needed a “box” to be built below the unit. However, prior to the install it was determined that we didn’t need the box so that saved us about $600 dollars. Great integrity on behalf of this owner. He could have charged us and we would have been none the wiser. While this project was going on our other AC unit had a major leak. They also took care of that problem and saved us even more money with the repair. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment and respect they’ve shown us. My husband and I are both Marines and it gives us immense pride to see a Veteran owned and family operated business with such integrity and trustworthiness while providing quality and affordable work/products. I felt Semper Fi was fair & worked very hard in the heat to try and get the new ac system put in as quickly as possible.  Estimate was very close & I witnessed the problem they ran into so I was ok with paying a fraction more than estimated.
